Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Docuvera ("the Service"), operated by Pavlenko Consulting OÜ ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Docuvera is a document intelligence platform that allows you to upload documents, analyze them using AI, and interact with their content through a conversational interface. The Service is currently in closed beta and available by invitation only.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process Your Content to provide the Service.
  • Send Your Content to AI providers for analysis, classification, and chat responses.
  • Generate and store derived data (summaries, entities, classifications) associated with Your Content.

We do not sell, share, or use Your Content for any purpose other than operating the Service. When you delete Your Content, it is permanently removed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures.
  • Use the Service to develop competing products through systematic data extraction.
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Teams

When you create or join a team, documents uploaded to the team workspace are accessible to all team members according to their assigned roles. The team owner is responsible for managing membership and access. Removing a team member revokes their access to team documents.

7. AI-Generated Output

The AI analysis, classifications, summaries, and chat responses are generated by third-party AI models (Anthropic, Google). While we strive for accuracy, AI output may contain errors. You should independently verify any critical information. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

8. Plans and Limits

The Service offers free and paid plans with different limits on documents, team members, and features. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice. Exceeding your plan limits may result in restricted functionality until you upgrade or reduce usage.

9. Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. During the closed beta period, the Service is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees.

10. Intellectual Property

The Docuvera name, logo, and all software, design, and content (excluding Your Content) are the property of Pavlenko Consulting OÜ. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavlenko Consulting OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
